"What are Direct Pay Terms and Conditions?
Documents for applying Direct Pay service?
- PAYSBUY Service Agreement (Business Account) signed every pages. (Attached herewith)
- A photocopy of the applicant’s House Registration. (signed)
- A photocopy of the applicant’s citizen ID or passport. (signed)
- A photocopy of company’s registration (not over than 90 days) and company’s shareholders list, or
a photocopy of E-Commerce registration certification for individual. (signed)

- A photocopy of bank book’s first page of the account that is used for receiving money from PAYSBUY account withdrawal. (signed)
- A photocopy of utilities bill – water, electricity, or telephone (same name with applicant). (signed)
- A photocopy of bank statement for the last 3 months. (signed)
- Example of shipping document such as EMS slip, delivery document (if any). (signed)
- Documents showing the owner of website, or domain name registration receipt. You may search for your registration from www.jotdomain.com. (signed)
- Web Hosting payment receipt. (signed)
- A photocopy of lease agreement (if rent). (signed)

**Drugs/Supplements foods/beauty products merchant, a photocopy of Thai’s FDA registration paper is required. Products sales slips are also required.
**Copyright products merchant, a photocopy of Exclusive Rights license is required. Products sales slips are also required.
**Spa merchant, a photocopy of Spa license is required.
**Hotel merchant, a photocopy of Hotel license is required.
**Tourism/Travel merchant, a photocopy of Tourism Authority of Thailand’s tourism license is required.

How will I know when to start using Direct Pay?
- PAYSBUY will email to your primary email address to notify that you can start accepting payments on your website.

Transaction Fees
Fees for receiving payment from your customer's PAYSBUY account will be 3.5% + VAT 7% (3.75% including VAT) per transaction.
Example of fees calculation:

Fees for receiving payment from your customer's credit card will be 3.745% + VAT 7% (4% including VAT) per transaction.

Why can’t I withdraw funds instantly after receive money from customer's credit card?
accept credit card directly on your website, your receiving money will be temporarily held for credit card fraud screening (according to service conditions informed in our notification mail). For example, if a holding period of your receiving money is set to 3 days: when customer pays with credit card on day 1, you will be able to withdraw fund from your PAYSBUY account to your bank account on day 4.
Receiving money being held for what purpose?
To prevent fraud risk when there’s a payment by credit card, PAYSBUY will place a temporary hold on your funds in your account so that our dedicated anti-fraud team will works closely with banks to detect suspicious credit card activity. If the transaction is fraudulent, our anti-fraud team will respond immediately and alert seller to help prevent further damages.
How to determine the holding period of receiving money? And when to release the hold?
- Holding periods are subject to merchants, products, possibility of product risk, packaging and shipping methods, completion of submitted application documents, etc.
- Holding period is generally 3 – 15 days. Our staff may shorten the holding period by determining merchant’s transaction history.
What documents should be kept for ticket/lodging reservation, travel, hotel, resort merchants?
The following should be kept no less than 3 months:
- A copy of hotel room booking printout with guest's name, address, credit card numbers, etc.
- Proof of payment such as a copy of sale receipt.
- Proof of service such as hotel check-in/check-out registration form.
- Your website should have necessary terms and conditions for credit card user to agree before proceed to payment.
What documents should be kept if a customer canceled his orders/reservations?
- Your written letter/e-mail shows proof that a buyer requested a cancellation.
- Detailed descriptions of your customer's order such as name, shipping address, items (photos if any), credit card numbers.
- Proof of ordered items or cancellation status.
What documents should be kept if a customer returned items and requested refunds?
- Captured screen of your website or agreements
- Proof that you informed Return and Refund policy to a customer.
- Check if you receive the returned package (should reject the returned package if you have a Return policy)
What documents should be kept if a merchant agrees to customer's refund request?
- Your written letter/e-mail requests PAYSBUY to proceed the refund.
- Proof that PAYSBUY deducted a fund from your account for a refund to a buyer's credit card.
- Proof of ordered items describes buyer’s name, shipping address, items (photos if any), credit card numbers.
