With reference to the July announcement of Paysbuy services termination, including Jaew Wallet, Paysbuy Wallet (Personal), and Paysbuy MasterCard (Virtual Prepaid Card or VPC), we would like to inform you that your account is now permanently terminated.  


If you would like to refund your remaining balance, please forward this email to support@paysbuy.com informing your registered phone number or email address and remaining balance (Jaew Wallet - sent via SMS to your registered phone number / Paysbuy Wallet - log in to your paysbuy wallet to check the remaining balance).


And attach following documents:


  1. Signed copy of account owner’s ID card.

  2. Signed copy of account owner’s bankbook (To be used for collecting funds)
